Benefits of Being an Affiliated Club
Affiliated Club members benefit by having their archery calendar of events and club location printed in Michigan Bow Hunter News, which is mailed to the MBH membership eight times per year. MBH members benefit by receiving a one dollar shoot fee discount when proof of membership is shown at registration.
MBH benefits by increasing it’s support base for bowhunting in Michigan. Everyone wins. (However, the shoot fee discount applies only to open-to-the-public club shoots and does not apply to shoots hosted by a club for other organizations, e.g., IBO, MAA, etc.)
In addition to increased participation at club shoots, Affiliate Club members receive 15 % discount on advertising in MBH News and may apply to host the annual MBH Fred Bear Memorial Silhouette Shot and Spring 3D Challenge. Members clubs also receive a complementary MBH News subscription. Information for hosting MBH events or becoming an Affiliated Club should be available on the MBH website, or from the local District Governor.
