7:30 pm Women’s Wine Tasting
Saturday, July 12th
Registration for shooting–8:00-3:00 (off courses by dusk)
Merchandise & Membership sales – 9:00-2:00
Tickets for raffles available 9:00-2:00 and before and after dinner
Novelty Shoots – 9:00-1:00
Skillet Toss Challenge – 1:00
General Membership Meeting 3:30 inside T-building
Broken Arrow Salute to follow membership meeting
POTLUCK DINNER 6:00 in the T-Building. Meat will be provided.
**Please bring a DISH TO PASS and your own place settings.**
Bag raffles, 50/50, and auctions following dinner
Ken Scollick Memorial Tomahawk Challenge following raffles/auctions
AdventHERoUS novelty fun shoot following the raffles/auctions
Sunday, July 13th
Registration for shooting – 8:00-1:00 (off courses by 3 pm)
Pancake & Sausage breakfast with MBH Pres. Bob Jones 8:00-11:00
(no set cost, but donations appreciated)
Merchandise & Membership sales – 10:00-12:00
Craft – 10:30-11:30 or so under the wine tasting canopy in the camping area
(Anyone is welcome, but if children attend, they must be with an adult.)
Camping Fri & Sat: full hook-up $30/night, primitive $15/night
Wed, Thurs, Sun: full hook-up $35/night, primitive $20/night
NEW THIS YEAR: There will be a FOOD TRUCK, Triple C’s Concessions selling breakfast, lunch, drinks, and snacks on SATURDAY from 8:00-2:00.
CAMPFIRE BARRELS WILL BE AVAILABLE TO BORROW. WHEN FINISHED, PLEASE RINSE THEM OUT AND RETURN TO THE TRAILER.
PLEASE PLACE YOUR TRASH BAGS ON THE TRAILER IN THE CAMPING AREA.
