MBH 2025 Board and Governor Elections

    Instructions: 
    1. Fill out the form below and click submit.
    2. This online ballot can be used in place of mailing in a paper one.
    3. If you mail in a ballot in addition to this online ballot, the mail in ballot will serve as the official ballot.
    4. ONLY vote for the Governor in the District upon which you reside. ALL MEMBERS vote for President and VP.
    5. If you wish to write in a candidate, select that option under your district and write the name in at the bottom of the ballot.
    6. Ballots must be submitted by March 20th, 2025.
