Michigan Bow Hunters Big Game Award Application

 

In order to be eligible for an MBH Big Game Award, the animal must be taken

while hunting with a bow and arrow in Michigan. MBH membership MUST be active at the time the animal is taken and the animal must be recovered in accordance with Pope and Young rules. No award will be given for animals taken on enclosed hunting preserves.

 

This section MUST be filled in completely to receive any award. Only two awards

for deer are allowed per year and only ONE animal is allowed per application sheet.

Applications for Elk or Bear MUST be accompanied by said permit or a photocopy thereof. Failure to fill in all the lines properly on this side of the application or failure to attach copy of Elk or Bear license/permit will result in application being returned and NO award will be given.
